HERBIVAL

A TTRPG (Tabletop Role Playing Game) set in a fantasy world and is based on Beak, Feather & Bone. You will play as sentient plant creatures, called Plantians, that are just trying their best to survive as their island in space is being  corrupted by the Darkness. It is a collaborative game where you win or lose as a group.

You begin with an unlabeled island map, which gets fleshed out as you play through the game. You are trying to explore the island and hopefully create structures that will survive the onslaught of the Darkness. As parts of the map are claimed and disappear,, you create your own unique society with its own tales of success and failures.

The game is for 1 to 6 players, but can be played with more if you make a larger map or even come up with your own community roles. If you want to play solo, just pick multiple roles and cycle through them one by one as you draw cards and label the map.  

To play you'll need:

• A stack of note cards
• Writing utensils
• Colouring utensils
• An unlabeled map (provided)
• A standard deck of playing cards
• Dice (1-2 eight sided dice)
